Hey guys, back from camp, and it was amazing!..... as usual. Senior girls rocked at the pool challenge and we lost at human bowling and slip 'n' slide, games were still fun. We sang a new song writted by Kevin and Mandy, I believe. the chorus is:

Watching 7th and 8th graders raise their hands shamlessly to god was amazing, and we had a new girl at camp who has to wear leg braces because of a leg strength problem, and one night, I looked over, and all the 7th grade girls were in a circle around her, praying for healing. The 7th grade guys were having visions of purpose for peoples lives in the room older than them and not knowing who they were, walking up to them and laying hands on them and praying for them. People you know are late sleepers waking up at 5:30am to go to the prayer room until breakfast at 8:00am. Camp is amazing,

Today....

Well, I get to leave for summer camp on sunday! yes! and sunday night at camp we have the obstacle course! even better! Get to dive into large 5ft deep holes filled with muddy water! not like I care about my hair, lol.

We are having three dance at camp this year, a hoe down, lual, and a "be creative" dance

Im gonna be a ninja! yea! stealthy ninja! stealthy ninja! stealthy ninja!

Chad wants to have a reunion party, oh great, I can see it now, me and all the crazy girls in our cabin standing in a circle chanting:

Ok, my update for Thursday, the 29th

I am still packing for camp and get my braces off in a week and a half!!!!!!!!!
YES!!!!!!!!! 3 1/2 years, its about time!

I babysat today and am on tuesday also. fun fun. I love kids, but don't love always watching them...Well, the ones I watched today are a bit roudy, but the one on tuesday is soooo sweet!

Colorado trip with young life

Trip to Colorado.

Thursday June 8th - Sunday June 18th

Thursday 8th - on the bus with carly at 8:30am
Drive through Alabama and Tennesee, stop in St. Louis to have dinner and ride up the arch.
Watch way to many movies, including high school musical and dumb and dumber, and bruce almighty

midnight - wake up in Kansas.......flat ground and the only accidents are overturned tractors

Friday - still on bus, stop at the royal gorge to walk across the largest suspension bridge ever, then go to our hotel and around 5:00pm. hotel in colorado (5hrs from camp) go to a colorado rockies game then hang out...note to self: never walk around city alone there, scary people.

Saturday - everyone well rested from night at hotel and ready to go. Get on bus and ride to camp. we unpack at camp and have the obstacle course! the preppy people didn't like getting dirty, but I thought it was so fun! I climbed a tree to block o hose (the point is to keep your cabin leader dry)

Sunday - we all hung out and rested up

Monday - all camp volleyball tornument

Tuesday - ridge runners ( basically small ATV's that are way too much fun, and you get so dusty! fun! yea for getting dirty!)

Wednesday - climbed the mountain Mt. Chrstolyte <- dont know if I spelled it right. 13ooo ft and the 2nd highest mountain in colorado!

Thursday - the Dance.......I think I might cry (NOT! hes a jerk!...if you dont know what I am talking about, feel free to ask!)

Friday - we all hung out and Omar accepted christ! YEA! and the we all had to leave

Saturday, another fun night on the bus

Sunday - and we get home!!!!!! Mostley dead tired, but home

(We got home at 7:30am and I went right to sleep and woke up to banging on my door at 6:30pm announcing dinner)

Im home!

I just got back from an amazing 12 days in colorado!

Update on the trip later, but it was amazing!
